I have filled empty cereal boxes and other cardboard containers with silence. They are brimming with the same perfect stillness. But the packaging differs: There are pictures from the local train station, from the sky above the churches, or from corridors of administration buildings. They put different labels onto the silence.
When you listen to this sound system you can hear your own projected noise and assessments. The projections are wrapped around stillness. As it is in real life..
My sound system will be part of the upcoming exhibition in the town hall of Neufahrn. Outside of the garage atmosphere it will sound very different, I guess.
